Within the framework of the CITIES Foundation, we experimeneted in several prototyping MVPs to refuse, reuse, and make waste circular.

The work was grounded in the following key elements:

  • A thorough analysis of the behavioural patterns of the target audience

  • Investigation of global best practices to identify inspiring solutions

  • Joint solution development through workshops and inspirational gatherings

  • Creation of several small-scale pilot projects to evaluate and assess market fit

  • The broader implementation of the solution or its expansion into new regions.

We gather know-how to define new visions and business models for companies that want to transform plastic, textile, paper, organic and bulky waste into net positive results.
