FOOD

SYSTEMS

Solutions aimed at systemic change are frequently presented through quantitative analyses of the food system's inputs and outputs, embodying a traditional top-down approach.

In contrast, performing qualitative analyses across various categories allows to identify process-related challenges, bottlenecks, and barriers that impede the wider adoption of circular, localized, and sustainable solutions for a resilient, equal, and less wasteful food system.

From an entrepreneurial viewpoint, we adopt a research-driven strategy to collaboratively develop solutions with the target community through workshops, exhibitions, and publications.
